Garlic & Parmesan Chicken

+ Cook Time    30 mins
   Total Time    40 mins



  • 2 quarts of water
  • 1/4 wine white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup of salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Ritz crackers
  • olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 cup of fresh Parmesan grated cheese

1. Preheat the oven at 450 degrees.
2. Place a large cooking pot on medium heat.
3. Combine water, vinegar, salt, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, rosemary into the pot and bring to a boil.
4. Meanwhile, cut the tips from the wings so they can fit into the pot.
5. Add the chicken wings to the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, mince the garlic as desired.
7. Mix the garlic, olive oil, Ritz crackers, fresh Parmesan cheese, and desired amount of salt, pepper, and red pepper into a bowl.
8. Toss the wings into the bowl.
9. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil  and base the foil with olive oil or cooking spray.
10. Place the chicken on the baking sheet.
11. Cook the chicken for 25 minutes or until browned.
12. Prepare your favorite veggies as a side dish.
13. Set the table, gather your family & friends, and talk about your favorite moment of the day!
